Office365 is Microsoft's Online service which can prove to be an excellent service for businesses of all sizes.  Office 365 is the new brand name for the online service which was called Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS).  The new Office365 includes an online email system with enterprise business level services, a document management and collaboration suite, facilities for external websites, and an intranet, and familiar Microsoft Office applications.  There are various combinations of services available for various low subscriptions rates depending on the services you would benefit from.  There really is potential for substantial savings when compared to the cost of running the computer systems in-house and needing to maintain them over time
